Cross-sell is a method to motivate customers to add more complementary items based on their first products in carts.
To create a cross sell offer, please select Offer > New campaign.
Step 1: Select where to show
Product page: The popup will be shown when you click on the Add to cart button on the cross-sell product page (setting at step 2).
Cart page: The popup will be displayed when you click Checkout on the cart page with cross-sell products.
Step 2: Select offer type
Click on Cross Sell to choose the cross-sell products. The popup will be displayed when buyers press the Add to cart button on product pages or the Checkout button with a cart including cross-selling products.
All products: Apply Cross Sell for all products.
Specific products: Apply Cross Sell for some selected products. Click on Specific products > Browse > Select products > Add.
- Specific collections:
Show on ALL Collection Pages: Cross Sell is applied for all products of the available collections.
Show on SELECTED Collection Page: Cross Sell is applied for the products in the selected collections.
Step 3: Set up offer
Offer text: Enter the display information of the offer.
Offer product: Press Browser and select a product for the offer. This product will be shown on the popup and added to purchasers’ cart if they click on the Add to cart on the popup.
Percentage: The promotional prices are calculated based on the percentage (%).
Fixed Amount: The promotional prices are calculated based on specific amounts.
None: The product prices at the offer do not change.
Add offer: You can create more offers by clicking on Add offer and then fill in the information like above.
Click on the Save button to save the changes in the offer.
Note: If being displayed each other on a page, Upsell campaign will be prioritized first, and the next one is Cross-sell.
In case there is only 1 campaign type on a page, the latest campaign will be on the first display.
