AVASHIP automatically notify customers on all delivery updates: Shipment Picked, In Transit, Delivered, Delivered Exception, Out For  Delivery, Delivery Failed, Delivery Expired

In this article, we will guide you on how to configure shipment email notifications.
To view and edit email notification setting, please navigate  to App > Order Tracking > Notification 

1. Step 1 : Click Toggle button to enable/disable email notification

2. Step 2: Edit Email Notification
To start editing email notification, please click this button

- Subject: Enter email subject

- Edit email content. When editing email content, you can add more available variables to your email by copying

- You can preview email content

- Send test: Click Send test email and enter your email for testing
