You can open any created campaigns to edit some information and track its performance. There are 4 tabs on the top bar when you open a current campaign:
- General information

- Event

- Workflow

- Activities

- Report



1. General information

 

 

  • Name: You can edit campaign name here after creating it.  

  • Status: Select Lived to run the campaign or Stopped to disable the campaign. 

  • Description: Edit campaign description. 

  • Tag: Create a tag or assign tag to campaign 




2. Event 

Display events related to your campaign. You cannot change the event of lived campaigns.


3. Workflow

  •  You can edit your workflow here just like when you create it. 

  • Or click icon to edit each item of the workflow.



4. Activities

Here saved all activities of your campaigns. 

  • Click icon to force send email right now regardless of its status.

  • Click icon to view email content that has been sent/pending.  

  • Save filters to a new tab for later use.  

  • Click email status you want to filter them. 


  • Click Save filter and enter a title for it. 


After saving new filters, you can quickly access them at new tab:



5. Report


This report displays the campaign's performance through statistics: Sent, Opened, Click, Converted, Unsubscribed, Revenue



- Click on the red box position on the image to quickly view report of certain time periods. 

- Click Custom Period to see the result of the report at the custom time

- Select the start date and end date in custom period. 

- Click Apply and see report result.
